Founder and CEO of TrueFixR and Atlas United. I built and operate a production risk intelligence stack that turns large scale geospatial hazard signals into address level and county level decision outputs. The system is designed as an end to end pipeline, handling ingestion, validation, normalization, spatial indexing, proximity and severity scoring, and automated report generation with consistent schemas and repeatable results. It runs nationally across all 50 states and supports high volume processing over large address corpuses while keeping latency and outputs predictable for operational use. Deliverables include storm hit address exports, property level risk assessments, and county level climate outlook reports used for prioritization, planning, and resource allocation in both private sector and public sector environments. My focus is engineering for determinism, data quality controls, and exportable outputs that integrate cleanly into real workflows, not just dashboards.
